How does the hair sample process work?
A small hair sample carries your body's unique biological signature. Using patented bio-response technology developed in Germany, we read that signature and match it against thousands of biological reference patterns - peptides, foods, toxins, heavy metals, nutritional markers, hormones, supplements, and more, depending on which analysis you choose. No blood draws, no clinic visits, no guesswork. The CORE and CORE+ analysis focuses on peptide compatibility. Olympus extends the same technology across thousands of bio-response markers.
Is the test clinically validated?
The patented bio-response technology is built on hardware engineered in Germany over 50+ years, with CE conformity for safety and electromagnetic compatibility under European standards. The analysis itself is categorized as Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) - meaning it's a wellness and optimization tool, not a diagnostic medical test. We're explicit about this in every report and across our materials, because the clarity is what protects you. Prescribing decisions remain with licensed physicians. Dispensing remains with licensed pharmacies. We provide the analysis.
How long until I receive my report?
Once your sample arrives at our clinic, the analysis is completed within 48 hours. From the moment you post your sample to reading your results, most people receive their report within a week.
Where do I send my sample?
After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with full instructions and a short video showing exactly how to prepare your sample. You send it in a small zip-bag inside a standard envelope to one of our clinics (Dubai, Zagreb).
How is this different from standard peptide protocols?
Standard protocols are built on what worked for someone else. This one is built on what your body actually signals. Most people arrive thinking they know what they need - the analysis often shows something different. That gap is exactly why it works.
